Meet Luundo, a 28-year-old Congolese refugee residing in Kakuma 1. Luundo’s journey from being a refugee to an entrepreneur is not just about personal success but also about community impact and empowerment.
Luundo’s story began in 2016 when political conflict in his home country of Congo forced him to flee for his safety. Like many other youths, Luundo found himself seeking refuge in Kakuma Refugee Camp, hoping to find stability and opportunities for a better future.
