Training Content Disassemble Rotating Electrical Machines: Learn to safely dismantle machine parts (including end caps, fans, rotors/armatures, stators, and bearings) and record winding data according to machine design. Install Machine Winding: Gain hands-on experience in cleaning rotating machine parts, preparing and laying coil windings in stator slots, and curing stator windings through processes like drying, varnishing, and baking to IEC standards. Assemble Rotating Electrical Machines: Master the procedures for aligning rotors and stators, fastening bolts and nuts, and fitting and lubricating bearings as per design specifications Perform Electrical Machine Testing: Learn to conduct essential tests to verify the quality of your work, including continuity, polarity, insulation resistance, and voltage/current balance tests as per IEC standards. Eligibility Criteria: This training is intended for individuals with prior electrical skills and knowledge.
